Our Story
We craft our kombucha with high-quality organic gourmet teas in small batches, always using purified water and organic cane sugar. Our kombucha is flavored with local and fresh organic ingredients whenever possible, creating our unique signature taste and delightful flavor profiles. Maui Kombucha is Hawaii’s first kombucha company, continuously brewing our effervescent elixirs on the slopes of Haleakala since 2005.
At Maui Kombucha, you'll certainly quench your thirst with the best bubbly kombucha goodness, but you might be surprised to find that you'll also feed your belly and your spirit with our full menu of raw vegan fusion cuisine. Our menu offers fresh daily choices of raw, vegan dishes in addition to cooked, vegan items to satisfy any taste. We use local, gluten-free, organic ingredients, and prepare everything with care fresh every day. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snack in between. And don't forget about our outrageously delicious, I-can't-believe-its-raw-and-vegan desserts. We must warn you, that our food is so mind-blowingly good and good for you, you may experience difficulty eating anywhere else!
